INTRODUCE

Bio Essential Oil of Vietnam Joint Stock Company, a company of Biogroup Corporation, was established in 2015. It is specializing in producing and supplying 100% pure essential oil products, and is the only company in Vietnam providing technology transfer of essential oil distill by steam and high pressure, based on Patent No. SC 21715 granted by National Office of Intellectual Property in 2019.

Currently the company’s technology of producing essential oils is being applied in many provinces and cities nationwide. Essential oils produced by new technology are of high quality, good yield, low price, meeting domestic demand and export. Production of essential oils for the first time is completely controlled from planting and tending, harvesting, extracting essential oils, filtering after distillation and packaging products. The production process of essential oils is carried out on a closed circle, in which residues from plants after distillation are used as raw materials for the production of organic fertilizer on site, used to fertilize crops for production of essential oil.

The goal of Bio Vietnam Joint Stock Company is to bring high quality products, extracted entirely from natural herbs to consumers’ hands at the most reasonable price.

Our technology of distilling essential oils by steam and pressure (Patent No. SC 21715)

The essential oil of Bio Essential Oil of Vietnam company is distilled by the method of using high pressure to break the essential oil bag. This is a completely new method in distillation of essential oils, can be used for many distillation equipment, easy to mechanize and automate the production stages, shorten the time of distillation without over burn of raw materials. Thanks to that, it has a higher quality of essential oil, no impurities, lower cost.
