Prevent insomnia, depres sion, relieve stress and blood pressure

Using aromatherapy diffuser or oil burner to diffuse Cedarwood essential oil in bedrooms.

Use Cedarwood essential oil to massage the whole body for 30 minutes before going to bed.

Dilute 5-7 drops of Cedarwood essential oil with warm water and soak your feet in the mixture.

Add a few drops of Cedarwood essential oil to the water in the bathtub.

Speed up the healing process

Having antiseptic, sedative and anti-inflammatory properties, Cedarwood essential oil can improve healing activities. Add 1-2 drops of Cedarwood essential oil to a cotton pad and clean wounds (it is more effective to use Cedarwood essential oil than tincture of iodine if you have skin ulcers due to seizures).

Diffuse 3 drops of Cedarwood essential oil in a 15m2 room everyday or add the oil to cotton balls and put in places where there are mosquitos and insects.

Mix Cedarwood essential oil with Coconut oil at the ratio of 1:9 and rub the mixture on the affected areas.

Treat mouth ulcer

Dilute 1 drop of Cedarwood essential oil to the water and use as a mouthwash to kill bacteria. Rub 1-2 drops of Cedarwood essential oil on ulcers to prevent inflammation.
