Alleviate respiratory distress (sinusitis, nasal congestion, sore throat and bronchial asthma)

Put Camphor essential oil in a 10-15ml bottle or put some drops of Camphor essential oil on tissues or absorbent cotton wool. Inhale the scent deeply. You can also put the bottle, tissues and cotton-wool at the corner of rooms,tables, beds etc.to impart a fresh scentto your houseand protect the respiratory system.

Arthritis treatment

Rub some drops of Camphor essential oil over swollen and aching joints for 10-20 minutes. For children or people who have sensitive skin, dilute Camphor essential oil with vegetable oils like coconut, grape seed and almond before use.

Cold/ flu treatment

Rub some drops of Camphor essential oil on arms, calves and the bottoms of feet when the climate changes suddenly, before going to bed or going out. This method can be applied to adults, the elderly, patients, women in postpartum and children.
